Sarah & Sean

10.15.2022 | Hilton Alpharetta

How We Met

About a year prior to her wedding date, Sarah reached out to us from a recommendation from her venue's catering manager. We hopped on a call and explained what Marmaros is and all that we do and shortly after that call we had an October wedding on the books! We were so excited to get started on planning with Sarah and Sean!

Love Story

Down to Business

We dove into meetings and planning the details for Sarah and Sean's big day virtually. We kept all of our meetings virtual since we had distance between us, but that did not affect our meetings whatsoever. In February of 2022 we did a wedding at their ceremony space - St. Peter Chanel, and around April of 2022 we attended an open house that their reception space hosted - Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta. It was nice to have that familiarity with the wedding spaces even prior to an official walk through! As we got closer to wedding day, we scheduled a walk through and that is when we finally got to meet Sarah & her mom in person! After the walk though, the anticipation for wedding day was just growing exponentially!

The Big Day

The morning started bright and early for the ladies as HT Salon arrived at Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta to start hair and makeup. They spent the morning hanging out together and getting beautified and before they knew it, the photographers Martine and Vania with Love & Story Collective arrived at the hotel to start getting some group shots. It was finally time for Sarah to get in her stunning gown from Wedding Angels Bridal, and then she had a grand reveal with her bridal party! Their shuttle from Price4Limo arrived at the hotel to pick up all the ladies and take them over to the ceremony site - St. Peter Chanel in Roswell and at the same time the guys also started to head that way. We met up with everyone at the church and you could just feel the anticipation in the air! Leading up to the ceremony, we just did whatever we could to keep nerves down and help out the church coordinator, Kelly.

As we were nearing the time for mass to start, the wedding party got all lined up for the processional while Sarah and her parents stayed tucked away until the very last minute. Sarah and Sean decided to not do a first look, so it was such a precious moment when Sean saw his bride at the end of the aisle walking his way. They had such a beautiful Christ centered ceremony and before we knew it the new Mr. & Mrs. Gardon had said their I Do’s and walked back down the aisle! Before leaving St. Peter Chanel, Love & Story Collective got family and group photos and then we loaded the whole wedding party on the bus.

While guests made their way from Roswell to the Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta, the wedding party was taken to downtown Alpharetta to take photos near the city hall. Half of the Marmaros Productions team was at the hotel making sure that all of the vendors were being taken care of and that the room was turning into Sarah’s vision while the other half of the team stayed with the wedding party to ensure their needs were taken care of. It was so fun to watch Love & Story Collective get the shots they needed and see Goins Videography capture incredible video shots! Once the wedding party was back at the reception space, we picked up all of the ladies bouquets from Petals Edge and dropped them in the vases to be the centerpieces for the night. Sarah's vision for the room was officially complete!

We invited guests to find their seats and got the wedding party lined up to kick off the reception with fun introductions. Sarah and Sean shared their first dance to "Everything" by Michael Bublé and then we heard a welcome and a blessing from Sarah’s dad. The wait staff with Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta started to get the plated dinners handed out and conversations filled the air as everyone was ready to mingle with one another. Once dinner was over, Sarah and Sean headed over to their cake table to cut their stunning cake from Cakes by Darcy which has some of the most delicious and unique flavors to it! Before we could head to the dance floor, we heard speeches from their best man and maid of honor where everyone gave a cheers to the newlyweds!

To open the dance floor we saw an incredibly touching dance between Sarah & her father followed by a dance with Sean and his mother. Sarah and Sean knew what would get their people moving, so to officially open the dance floor, DJ Jerome with One Night Entertainment played "September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire. The rest of the night was full of people going from the dance floor to the photo booth that Love & Story Collective had set up. You could tell that all of their guests had the best time celebrating Sarah and Sean!
